1. Information We Collect
DropFlow AI collects and processes user information to provide marketing and ad automation services. When you connect your Shopify store or Meta Ad Account, we access and store:
- Your profile details (display name, email address, profile image URL).
- Fulfillment and product data needed to perform AI Scouting and automated sync.
- Meta Ad account metrics and credentials (specifically page/ad tokens) required to create and monitor ads.
2. How We Protect Your Data
All data, OAuth credentials, and tokens are stored securely in isolated environments. We encrypt authorization tokens and do not disclose or share user data with unverified third parties.
3. Data Deletion Instructions
Under Meta Platform terms, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data collected by DropFlow Ads. You can request deletion of your information and revoke app access through either of the following methods:
Self-Service Account Deletion
Go to your account Settings page inside the DropFlow AI dashboard, click on Security, and click Delete Account & Disconnect Facebook. This instantly clears all database records and API connections.
Submit Deletion Request Via Email
Send an email to our support team at support@dropflow.ai. Please specify your account email. Deletion requests are processed manually within 48 hours.
